Our products are made unique for you. The material may differ slightly in color depending on vendor availability.
Each of your products are custom made to order- this means that is completely unique to you!
But that means we cannot process returns on monogramed or custom products or exchanges. So, be sure to double check size in each listing. That way, it will be the perfect for your princess.
Returns
If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items in your order, please use the Seel Return Portal to return your eligible items. You can learn more about the Seel Return Assurance policy here. If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, the order is subject to the standard return policy.
Returns are only accepted within 15 days of receiving the item as long as it has been un-used and un-torn with tags still intact.
Clearance, Women's clothing, items over $100 and Custom items are final sale, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance.
You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund for eligible items. If Seel Return Assurance is not purchased for eligible items in your order, then your order is subject to the standard return policy. You must follow these instructions to qualify if you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items.
In General the Processing Times are as stated below (Orders can take longer if there is a surge in orders )

Rush Processing
We do offer rush processing, how you must notify us immediately otherwise normal processing times applies. Rush processing simply means that your product will start being made ahead other non-rush orders. Once order is handcrafted, it is then shipped.
Shipping
We offer first class and priority shipping. After the product is processed shipping takes place, domestic priority shipments in general take 2-3 business days. Once shipped, The Gold Magnolia is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Priority comes with $50 insurance If you would like to add insurance, please notify us before placing your order. If an issue arises, please be sure to contact your local USPS office for information on your parcel. Tracking will be emailed if you have provided an email address at checkout and through PayPal. Unfortunately, we cannot email tracking information if not presented at the time of checkout. Please contact your local post office regarding any issues after the order has been shipped.
